This 7-inch single features Dutch singer Shirley Zwerus performing “Easy Livin’,” a cover of the well-known rock song originally recorded by Uriah Heep. Zwerus was a popular vocalist in the Netherlands during the late 1960s and 1970s, known for her strong pop and rock interpretations and for recording both original material and covers of international hits.

Her version of “Easy Livin’” adapts the energetic rock song into a more melodic pop arrangement suited to her vocal style. The B-side, “It’s The Only Way,” continues in a similar contemporary pop direction typical of European recordings of the early 1970s.
