The Blackstar Unity 250 is a high-headroom, 250-watt combo engineered for modern stages, rehearsals, and studio recording environments. Featuring a powerful 2x10" dual-speaker setup driven by custom Eminence Opus drivers and linear solid-state amplification, the Unity 250 is both a flagship 2x10" bass guitar combo and a high-performance full-range active monitor (FRFR) for electronic drums, keyboards, synthesizers, acoustic performers, and digital guitar modelers (Helix, Quad Cortex, Kemper, Tonex).

It acts as an accurate active stage speaker for digital amp modelers, synth basslines, and electronic drum kits without sound coloration.
Response & Voice Sculpting: Access three distinct preamp voicings (Classic, Modern, and Flat) alongside dynamic power-amp responses (6L6, 6550, and Linear). The Flat setting bypassing coloration makes it a true FRFR powered monitor for external preamps and floor processors.
Onboard Studio Effects & Tone Control: Includes a 3-band EQ with semi-parametric Mids, onboard dynamic Compressor, footswitchable Drive section (Overdrive, Distortion, Fuzz), and integrated modulation effects (Chorus and Octaver).
Complete USB Studio Interface: Features a built-in multi-channel USB audio interface for direct direct-to-DAW recording, balanced XLR DI output with ground lift, an FX Loop, and an MP3/Line input for backing tracks or external mixers.
500W Rig Expansion: Easily double your output by plugging in the optional Blackstar Unity U250ACT active cabinet via the rear Cabinet Link output, expanding your setup into a 500-watt full-stage stack.
