OVERVIEW
The Blackstar Unity 30 is a compact, full-range 30-watt amplifier designed as a complete audio command center for practice, home recording, and small rehearsals. Built with a custom 8-inch speaker, dynamic voicings, and flat-response architecture, the Unity 30 functions exceptionally well not only as a feature-rich bass guitar amp, but also as a versatile desktop monitor for electronic drums, keyboards, synthesizers, acoustic instruments, and digital guitar modelers.
KEY FEATURES
Multi-Instrument & Studio Versatility: Thanks to its high-headroom linear amplification and full-range speaker, the Unity 30 handles high-dynamic transients effortlessly. Use it as a personal stage monitor, electronic drum monitor, or keyboard amp without sacrificing low-end clarity or high-end detail.
Tonal Sculpting & Built-In FX: Features three distinct preamp voices (Classic, Modern, and Overdrive) alongside an onboard Compressor, Chorus, and footswitchable Overdrive. A 3-band EQ with semi-parametric Mids allows precise tone shaping for any instrument.
Pro Studio & Recording Connectivity: Includes a built-in USB audio interface for direct direct-to-DAW recording, a balanced XLR line output with ground lift, and an MP3/Line-In jack for jamming along to backing tracks.
Silent Practice: A dedicated headphone output with independent level control lets you practice quietly without compromising tone quality.
Active Cabinet Expansion: Seamlessly pairs with the optional Blackstar Unity U250ACT active extension cabinet to inject an additional 250 watts of powered stage presence when extra volume is needed.
