This is the original soundtrack album to the 1966 war epic Is Paris Burning?, composed by the acclaimed French composer Maurice Jarre. The film featured an extraordinary cast including Alain Delon, Jean-Paul Belmondo, Charles Boyer, Kirk Douglas, Glenn Ford, Anthony Perkins, Simone Signoret and Orson Welles.

Jarre’s score captures both the tension and heroism surrounding the liberation of Paris during World War II. While he is best known for scores such as Lawrence of Arabia, Doctor Zhivago, and A Passage to India, Is Paris Burning? remains one of his most respected military and historical film scores.
